Where we
actually are.
Mobile IV is a local business wearing a national coat. Nurses, licensing, and a medical director are all state by state, so we open markets one at a time and we only list the ones that are real.
Nashville, Tennessee
Our flagship market and where the whole thing started. Seven days a week, early until late, across the Nashville metro plus Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Goodlettsville, La Vergne, and Nolensville.
Visit thedriplabtn.com →Austin, Texas
Austin is our second market. Texas has its own law for elective IV therapy, so we are putting Texas licensing and a Texas medical director in place before we take a single booking. We would rather open late than open wrong.
Nursing roles →Charleston, South Carolina
Charleston follows Austin. South Carolina regulates mobile IV more tightly than Tennessee does, so we are working through state licensing, pharmacy permitting, and a South Carolina medical director before we take a single booking.
Nursing roles →How we pick the next one
Slowly, and on purpose.
Every new state means its own nurse licensing, its own medical director, its own scope-of-practice rules, and often its own entity. Some states treat mobile IV as the practice of medicine and require a telemedicine visit before a nurse can ever knock on your door.
That work does not scale by wanting it to. So rather than plant flags, we open a market when the clinical and legal side is genuinely ready, and we tell you exactly which stage a city is in. Anything on this page marked "in development" is not taking bookings, and we will not take your money for a service we cannot yet deliver.

Tell us where you want us.
We track requests by city, and it genuinely factors into the order we open markets. If you want The Drip Lab where you live, or you are a nurse who wants to run a market, that is the same inbox.
