Stand In for Race Medical
We are not your event's medical team. Anyone with signs of heat illness, collapse, or injury goes to the event's medical staff or 911. We set up alongside your medical plan.
Or the race, the expo, the convention, or the wedding. We can show up with a couple of chairs and a sign, or we can take over a whole room and cater it. Either way, the people running it are registered nurses.

Marathons, halves, bridge runs, triathlons. Runners book at the expo and spend the afternoon after the race in a recliner.
Same crew, same day, every week. We set up where the club already ends up: the coffee shop after the long run, or the brewery after the Thursday social run.
Everybody else on the floor has a table of brochures and a fishbowl for business cards. You would have a lounge with a line.
Three days of panels, badges, and dinners that run late. A lounge in the host hotel means nobody has to leave the building to get one.
CMA Fest in Nashville. SXSW and ACL in Austin. We come to wherever your group is staying, so day two starts on the couch with a drip.
Film and music video sets. Green rooms and tour buses. Golf outings after the last hole. Company retreats, hackathons, and the fantasy draft weekend that got out of hand.
Pick the size that fits the event. We scope every one with you and quote it up front, including any travel or after-hours fees, so nothing shows up later.

And if you have a crazier idea, pitch it. A sponsor who picks up the tab for the first fifty guests. A morning-after lounge for every badge holder at the conference. A rehydration tent at the post-race party, set up next to the race's own medical team. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll tell you, honestly, what it takes.
A wedding is a three-day event wearing a one-day name. We have a spot in most of it.
Planners, we work around your timeline. We set up early, stay out of the photos, and pack up before anyone notices we were there.

An IV is a medical treatment, even at a party. So before anyone sits down, they get cleared, and that part doesn't change no matter how big the event is. That goes for a pop-up on a brewery patio and a catered lounge for a whole conference. The guests who qualify get the drip. The ones who don't get a straight answer and a glass of water.

At events with drinking, the drip is for the next morning. Our nurses ask about recent alcohol, and some medications can't be given after drinking.
IV hydration supports normal hydration and nutrient levels. It doesn't cure a hangover, prevent cramps, or take time off anybody's marathon.
CMA Fest week, the spring marathon, bachelorette season on Broadway, game days, and a convention calendar that never really stops.
SXSW in March, ACL in the fall, race season, and a run club on what feels like every corner.
Not taking bookings yet. If you're planning a Charleston event, tell us now and we'll reach out when we open.
Charleston fits a lot of miles and a lot of pours into one year. Here's what we would build for each, once we're open. Every Charleston guest will need a good faith exam before their drip, so these will all run on booked slots.
Tens of thousands of runners over the Ravenel Bridge. What we would build: a Catered Lounge at a Mt. Pleasant or downtown hotel for the afternoon after.
A flat downtown course in the coldest month of the year. What we would build: a Drip Bar at packet pickup, booking slots for race afternoon.
A resort race where families stay for days. What we would build: a lounge at the resort with slots all afternoon.
Summer races at James Island County Park, in real Lowcountry heat. What we would build: a Pop-Up for the club teams that race the whole series.
A week of pro tennis on Daniel Island, with suites and sponsors all week. What we would build: a sponsor-branded Drip Bar in a hospitality suite.
Five days of tastings, dinners, and late nights. What we would build: a Catered Lounge at a host hotel that opens early, with slots guests book the night before.
Oysters by the ton at Boone Hall, and drinks to match. What we would build: next-morning Pop-Ups at the rentals and hotels where groups are staying.
Dozens of breweries on the North Charleston riverfront. What we would build: a sign at the gate to book a slot for the next day, nothing on the day itself.
Seventeen days of performances and the dinners around them. What we would build: a standing lounge for visiting artists, crews, and patrons.

The date, the city, roughly how many people, and the space you have. A real person writes back with an idea and a quote.
A Note on Claims and Names
IV hydration delivers fluids, electrolytes, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, which supports normal hydration and normal nutrient levels. It is not a treatment or cure for any illness, hangover included. Every drip depends on a clinical assessment, and our nurses can decline to treat. Services are offered only in states where The Drip Lab is licensed to operate.
Event names on this page describe when people book us. The Drip Lab is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any event named here.
